Worrying

OK. I don’t have all this figured out. All I know is He does. Luke 12:25-26 says, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very thing, why do you worry about the rest?”

The beloved Corrie Ten Boom told the story of how her father would not give her a train ticket until she needed it. Maybe he was afraid she would lose it. Anyway, she would say this after the story concerning our Heavenly Father: “And our wise Father in heaven knows when we’re going to need things, too. Don’t run out ahead of him.” And this about worry: “Worry is like a rocking chair: it keeps you moving but doesn’t get you anywhere.”

The Lord is good, He is gracious, and He is kind. I hear His voice and I feel His face looking at me each and every day – even when I am sure He just shakes His head, rolls His eyes, but gently smiles i.e. ‘There he goes again…” 🙂 .But there is not a day that I know beyond any doubt that I am beyond loved, and I am never, ever out of His care. I wish this for you as well. Life will always throw us curves to navigate and mountains to climb, we just know that God will ALWAYS make a way for you and for me. Love you all. #thankfulgratefulblessed
